| General
conditions : Departure and return are guaranteed from and to tour
hotel except transfers and disposals. Reservations are compulsory
for all excursions at least 24 hours before departure and you should
give a deposit (20%) or a credit card number. The balance must be
paid to the driver-guide at the begining of the excursion (visa,
master card or cash only) and will be collected during the excursion
by T.E.P (télépayment). Cancellation fees: less than
48 hours before departure = 20% of tour price; less than 24 hours
before departure = 40% of tour price; same day = 100% of tour price.
No refund for any client who voluntary discontinues any of the tour,
or misses tour due to late arrival or no show. Children's rate :
younger than 12 year : 50% discounts if with 2 full rates. We reserve
all rights to modify or cancel any tour without notice if the security
or any technical problems required it. Prices of this brochure are
"Euro TTC" and include transportation by air-conditioned
minibuses of 8 pax (or smaller) and English speaking driver. The
entrance tickets, meals and optionals are included when indicated.
If the amphitheatre in Arles is close we’ll replace it by
Montmajour Abbey. All prices of this brochure are guaranteed as
far as the economical conditions remain stable. Rendez-vous Provence
could not be responsible in case of delay, irregularity, strike,
festival, celebration, closed establishment, weather condition,
strong wind (specialy for cruises and bibémus quarries, no
refund), loss or theft of any personal belonging. Pick-up and duration
are subject to variation and change. Restaurants are close on Sunday
and Monday. Castle of If and Montmajour abbey are close on Monday.
E2 and E8 are available from 15 March to 11 November.Law (17.sep.97)
forbids eating and drinking on board. Law of 17 Sep 77 forbids smoking
on board. The general condition for the sale of the tours comply
with the law n°92.645 of July 13th 1992 which determines the
conditions the conditions of practice of activities relative to
the organization, sales of tours or stays (JO 14.07.92.). Articles
at disposal in our agency. We accept VISA and MASTER cards. |
